  • WHAT IS THE REQUIRED LENGTH OF STAY?
    Usually is 7 nights but depends on which month you wish to stay. Please contact us to find out more.
  • WHEN IS HIGH SEASON AND LOW SEASON?
    High Season: July - September; Low Season: April & October Mid Season: May and June.
  • WHAT TIME IS MY CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT?
    Usually, check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. but it depends on availability of the Villa. When there is a possibility, we always offer better options for free.
  • WHAT IS A DAMAGE DEPOSIT?
    A damage deposit is a set amount of money (different for each villal) that guests pay in order to cover damages to the property incurred during their stay. If there isn’t any damage, then the deposit is fully refunded to the guest.
  • WILL YOU MEET US AT THE AIRPORT?
    The complimentary meet and greet is always available prior to reservation. Please ask your consultant for more details.
  • WHO WILL LOOK AFTER ME DURING MY STAY?
    Prior to your arrival, you will be provided with the 24-hour local contact number for the person responsible for the property in which you are staying.
